How To Delete Your Account And Data
Note: Before deleting your account you should visit https://topgradeapp.com/home to delete any quizzes you want to. Once your account is deleted these resources will become anonymous and you will not have access to edit/delete them.
Delete Account
You can delete your Topgrade account using the following steps.
Step 1) Login to your Topgrade account using the link below:
https://topgradeapp.com/auth/login
Step 2) Once logged in visit:
https://topgradeapp.com/userProfile
Step 3) Click the red 'Delete Account Data' button at the bottom of the page.
Your account will be immediately deleted and will not be recoverable. To use Topgrade again you will need to setup a new account.
Downgrade To A Free Account
If you have a Topgrade Pro subscription and wish to keep your account but canceling your subscription please instead follow the steps below. These steps will immediately stop any future payment being taken and downgrade your account to a standard account. If you upgraded through Apple/Google you can cancel your subscription through them.

3) Topgrade Website Only if you upgraded directly through our Topgrade website can you login to your account online and click your profile icon in the top right corner then click the 'Profile' button and 'Manage' button then 'Cancel Subscription'. (If you upgraded via Google or Apple you'll have to unsubscribe through them using the guides above as we can't handle those subscriptions through our website.)
